We offer free shipping in Australia on all orders over $150. Anything under this amount is calculated at checkout based on live Australia Post and Courier rates. International shipping is also available, with free shipping on orders valued at AUD$250+.
When entering your shipping address, please double-check all address fields for accuracy. Two White Socks is not responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will have two options: You can pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address, or we can cancel the order and refund you for the value of the socks, but not the original shipping costs.
We will do our best to send the parcel either on the day of the order or the next day!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange :(
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will replace/refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g. you don't like the design or would like a different size), send us an email at info@twowhitesocks.com.au and we will get back to you ASAP. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.
